Appellee brought this action against appellant Farr and his insurance carrier, St. Paul Fire and Marine Insurance Company, for compensation under the provisions of the Workmens Compensation Act for injuries sustained by him in repairing a windmill for appellant Farr. The cause was tried to a jury and a verdict was returned finding appellee suffered partial permanent disability to the extent of fifty per cent by reason of the injuries sustained.
